Montreal International Dragon Boat Challenge 2023

After years away from the start line, the Phoenix Warriors came back to the Olympic Basin in 2023 with something to prove – and proved it over the hardest distance on the schedule.

In the 2000m Community Mixed Final B, the crew held its rate through every turn and took 1st place in 12:07.10. Rebuilt boat, rebuilt fitness, same fire.

The sprints showed how much ground the team had regained: 4th in the 200m Final C (0:55.00) and 6th in the 500m Final C (2:29.30).
